 One week into the DeGlamGallery Monthly Picture Contest, the excitement is building and participation continues to grow steadily across the platform. Since the contest opened, creators and supporters alike have been actively engaging with the experience, uploading photos, enhancing their entries, and casting votes.  DeGlamGallery has officially launched today, opening the doors to a new era of creative expression for females across Africa and beyond. After months of preparation, design, and anticipation, the platform built to celebrate confidence, culture, beauty, and individuality is finally live, and we’re excited to welcome our first users.

Along with today’s launch comes the unveiling of Picture Contest – Season 1, beginning this December. This first season is strictly for females aged 18 to 30, and every participant must submit a picture that aligns with the theme of each month. Winners will be chosen purely through public voting, ensuring a fair, community-driven selection process.

For the month of December 2025, the theme is:

“The Power of a Smile”

This theme celebrates warmth, positivity, and the emotion captured in a genuine smile. From soft smiles to bright, expressive ones, participants are encouraged to showcase their most captivating happy moments. It’s simple, relatable, heartfelt, and a perfect way to begin our very first season.

To help guide participants, a sample picture for the December theme will be posted this Friday, along with full instructions on how to take part once uploading begins. This early announcement is meant to give everyone enough time to prepare their photo, understand the creative direction, and get inspired.

Season 1 will continue with exciting monthly themes leading into the Grand Finale in May 2026, where all monthly winners will gather for a live celebration to crown the Ultimate Glam Champion.
